Part 1. The Foundation of Yogic Practice (60h)

The goal of part 1 is to introduce the fundamental elements of this sacred tradition. While practicing asanas is the most common approach to engage with yoga, it is essential to recognize that this body-mind movement system is much more than simply perfecting the physical positions. According to karmic law, actions carry consequences, emphasizing the importance of understanding Ahimsa, the ancient Indian principle of nonviolence toward all living beings. It underscores that the quality of attention matters more than deeds.

This course aims to explore the deeper wisdom of yoga, uncovering its hidden aspects that make this practice a powerful tool for achieving life goals and fostering better health and happiness. Along with practicing physical postures, participants will explore the core principles of mindfulness and yoga philosophy to enhance self-awareness and cultivate the ability to integrate these teachings into their everyday lives.

The goal of part 2 is to delve deeper into the principles of awareness, helping to transcend the illusions created by thoughts and attain inner balance. Yoga consciousness and self-realization are not merely about acquiring knowledge from books but involve a journey into the inner realms accessible only to you by trusting your own wisdom. Cultivating self-awareness fosters peace of mind and empowers us to shape our lives in alignment with our heart's true desires, liberating us from the constraints of the past, future, and time itself.

The aim of this course is to guide participants toward greater awareness and self-confidence, empowering them to create a more authentic and purposeful life. To cultivate the necessary skills, we focus on the development of human consciousness, the fundamental principles of the Universe, and cosmic laws.
