PRACTICES


PILATESbody (60 min)

A practice where pilates discipline is combined with body-toning movements to improve posture and tone the entire body.


Hatha Yoga (60 min)

A yoga practice suitable for all, where holding static poses is combined with a soft flow from one posture to another through deep breathing.

 

Ashtanga Yoga (75 min)

A dynamic yoga practice that consists of a series of fixed postures linked to the breath to form a continuous meditative movement. (Series 1 & 2)

 

Meditation Field (50 min)

A meditation practice that combines mindful movement, liberating breathing, and inner observation to cultivate internal peace and energetical freedom.


Null Meditation (30 min)

A meditation practice, where Pranayama (breathing exercises) unlock a profound sense of liberation, guiding you into a serene meditative state.

TEACHER


Hi, I’m Maiken, Visible Feels founder, educator and a class instructor. After eight enriching years in Italy, I’ve returned to Estonia, eager to share my knowledge and experiences in my homeland. Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself to developing and instructing Pilates and yoga educations in Italy, Estonia and Finland. My expertise has been honed in diverse schools around Europe and Asia, including Spain, Italy, India, Sri Lanka, and Bali.
