The Fundamentals of Pilates Discipline

In this course, you will explore the 8 principles of this practice and master the precise execution of essential Pilates exercises. The primary focus is to gain anatomical knowledge and awareness of postural alignment, fostering mindfulness in how we perceive and engage with our bodies.

Pilates is a powerful tool for understanding the intricate connection between body and mind, merging Western physical disciplines with Eastern spiritual practices. This approach prioritizes quality, emphasizing precise, controlled, and fluid movements coordinated with specific breathing techniques. 

In this journey, participants will explore beyond the physical realm, positively impacting self-perception, nurturing mindfulness, and restoring equilibrium in both physical and mental well-being.

•  10h independent study

PilatesFeels  is an energetical and fun concept training that connects the pilates discipline with music to deliver a huge boost of energy while gaining strength and core stability as well as improving flexibility and balance.
