By focusing on physical sensations and engaging in practices like movement and meditation, we can reconnect with the present moment and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness.

  • In this course, we explore our 7 chakras, the energy centers of our body that interact with both our physical and energetic forms.

  • In this journey, we focus on what we feel on the physical level rather than fixating on the mind. We let our thoughts simply exist, regardless of how intense or constant they may be.

  • With the help of music and guided meditations, we will shake, dance, and liberate, allowing emotions to flow naturally throughout the body.
