21 days of 6-min daily meditation practices to release mental tension with the goal of breaking illusions created by the mind. We can’t control the life around us, but we can learn to live with less suffering by managing the processes of the mind. An unaware mind causes suffering while a conscious mind builds harmony between what we can control and what we can’t control. Coming back to clarity is essential to diminish the suffering that we have grown to believe to be normal.

  • BREAKING ILLUSIONS: To cope with the fact that life just happens we create the version of reality that we believe we can control. Whilst creating stories in the head we shift further and further from the truth. It’s time to break out from false beliefs and be free once again.

  • CREATING HARMONEY: If we get lucky, we get to experience a state of meditation where there’s no fear, no need for control, and no illusions. A sense of absolute clarity and lightness in the body and mind. But what if I tell you that we can also live in clarity in a non-meditative state? Can there be harmony between the inner world and the life outside of us? YES! There can be!

  • BACK TO REALITY: To break the stories we have created in our heads we need to be willing to surrender and let go! There are no shortcuts in that journey. It’s probably not going to be painless, but one thing is for sure, it’s going to be very awarding and liberating. Letting go of the suffering we believe we cannot live without feels to be impossible. But IT IS!
